4. Technical Issues & Responsibility

• Email delivery blocked by spam filters or firewalls.

• Incompatibility of the customer’s device or software with the file format.

• If a customer does not receive their order email, Jotii will resend the file once the issue is verified. Refunds are only provided if a verifiable technical error prevents product use and no replacement can be issued.

• Delivery is considered successful once the confirmation email has been sent.
