Returns & Refunds

At Jotii.co, all sales are final due to the digital nature of our products. By purchasing ebooks, templates, or other digital downloads from Jotii, you agree to the following refund terms:

1. General Policy

• No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided once a purchase has been completed.

• All digital products are deemed “used” once the download link has been sent.

2. Exceptions

Refunds will only be issued under the following limited circumstances:

• Duplicate payment: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same order, a refund will be issued for the duplicate charge.

• Verifiable technical error: If a file is corrupted, defective, or otherwise unusable, and Jotii is unable to provide a functional replacement, a refund may be granted.

3. Requesting a Refund

• Refund requests must be made via email to jotii_admin@icloud.com within 14 calendar days of purchase.

• Proof of the issue (such as order confirmation and error screenshots) is required.

• Jotii reserves the right to verify and deny refund requests that do not meet these conditions.

4. Chargebacks

• Unauthorized chargebacks are strictly prohibited.

• Customers must contact Jotii to resolve payment issues before initiating a chargeback.

5. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of Illinois, USA.
